Born inside an agency.

SmoothOS started as the client portal of our own studio. Clients logged in to follow projects, approve work and see their invoices, and we ran the studio from the other side of the same system.

Running it, we kept losing money in the same places: small extras agreed in a meeting and never billed, client feedback that nobody wrote down, invoices that slipped while the work moved on.

So we rebuilt the system around those leaks. Meetings turn into summaries and draft tasks. Requests outside the proposal come with a draft invoice. Every brand keeps a memory of what its client loved and rejected. Nothing reaches a client until a person approves it.

In October 2026 we turned that portal into SmoothOS, an operating system any agency can run.
