  1. 01

    Turn it on

In Settings, under General, switch on Night Shift and pick the day. Sunday is the default.

  2. 02

    It reads the week

At 8 pm in your agency's time zone, a SQL report gathers effort, tasks, money, meetings and drafts.

  3. 03

    It writes the brief

The brief is written by rules, in the owner's language: English, Turkish or Arabic. With an AI key, a short first-things note is added.

  4. 04

    It's waiting for you

Admins get a notification and an email summary. The dashboard card shows the latest week, and Rewrite builds it again on demand.

Effort against budget

Hours by person and project against budget, compared with last week, plus time not yet submitted.

Deadlines

What's overdue and what falls due next week.

Money

What was collected and what is overdue, including the oldest unpaid invoice.

Meetings and open scope

The week's meetings and every scope alert still waiting for a decision.

Waiting for you

Draft tasks and invoices to approve, budget and retainer alerts, and client revisions.

Free to run

Built from SQL, not from imagination. The brief costs nothing. Only the optional AI note is logged with a cost.

What it won't do

It never makes anything up. Every line comes from your own numbers.

The Monday Brief is the weekly report SmoothOS writes about your agency every Sunday evening: effort, deadlines, money, open scope and what needs your approval, in plain language and built from your agency's own data.

Once a week at 8 pm in your agency's time zone, on the day you choose. Sunday is the default. Turn it on or off in Settings, under General.

The brief itself is written by rules from your numbers and costs nothing. If your agency has an AI key, Claude Haiku adds a short first-things note from the same numbers, logged with its cost.

Your agency's admins, as a notification and an email summary. The Monday Brief card on the dashboard always shows the latest week.

Yes. Press Rewrite on the dashboard card and the brief is built again right away.
