As of October 2026: Gemini 3.6 Flash for long reading, Claude Sonnet 5.5 for money, scope and records, and Claude Haiku 5.5 for quick questions. Your agency can change each tier in Settings.
Yes. Add it in Settings, under AI. The keys belong to your agency and stay in a vault. If a tier's provider has no key, SAI uses a provider that does.
It depends on the model and the length. Every call is logged with its real cost, and Settings shows your last 30 days. For scale, an average meeting analysis costs about 6 cents.
SAI doesn't guess. It reads with your permissions, so when it reaches data your role can't see, it tells you politely and stops there.
